Gluten free vegan pasta recipe ingredients

3 cups of gluten free pasta. Half a tablespoon of salt. 4 cups of water. Two teaspoons of olive oil. A cup of carrots cut into small cubes. A cup of cucumber cut into small cubes. 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced; basil leaves (optional). Half a cup of red bell pepper, cut into small cubes. Half a cup of tomatoes cut into small cubes.

Sauce dressing

half cup of olive oil. Half a cup of lemonade. Two tablespoons of vinegar. Two tablespoons of mustard. Two teaspoons of honey. 3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced. Two tablespoons of fresh parsley leaves. Small spoon of salt. A quarter of a spoonful of black pepper.
How to prepare

Cook the pasta

Put the water, salt, olive oil, and pasta in a large saucepan over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil (cook the pasta according to the package instructions), stir the pasta as it cooks to prevent it from sticking together in the saucepan, then drain the water through a sieve and wash the pasta in cold water for 5 seconds.

Prepare the dressing for the sauce
Put all the ingredients of the marinade in a small bowl and stir well until all the ingredients are mixed, then add them to the pasta and vegetables mixture and mix all the ingredients well until they are completely covered with the marinade, put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
