One and a half kilograms of chicken breast. 4 teaspoons of salt. 4 teaspoons of black pepper. a glass of flour. Two cups of rusk. 4 eggs. A teaspoon of mustard.
How to prepare
1; Place the chicken breasts in a plastic bag or between two layers of cling film, use a meat mallet to pound them as shown in the picture, then season them with a spoonful of salt and pepper.
2; Whisk the flour with a teaspoon of salt and pepper in a deep bowl, then whisk the rusks with a teaspoon of salt and pepper in another bowl, and whisk the eggs with the remaining amount of salt, pepper and mustard in a final bowl.
3: Dip the chicken in the flour mixture first, then the eggs, then the bread crumbs, then put it on a prepared tray and repeat the steps with the rest of the quantity.
